Return Policy

Return
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the Product to us within thirty (30) days of receipt, and we will provide you with a full refund (minus any shipping/handling charges). Returns must be in original condition and in all their original packaging.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
 

    Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

    1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
    2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

    therefore pawrentlove reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

    This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

    Note that all designs are sent to customers for approval before printing, and we offer unlimited edits free of charge. But if you order misprinted/damaged/defective, please contact us at d.newideastudio@gmail.com     with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

    We will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment within 30 business days from when you received this item.
