What are delivery terms?

All physical items are made to order in the order in which they are received so please allow 3-6 business days for your order to be shipped out.

Business days include: Monday - Friday
Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

Our production time does not include shipping.

US orders are shipped using DHL Parcel Expedited Max their the fastest and most reliable service. So depending on your location they will arrive in 3-5 business days from the shipment date.

The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–5 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days

What is the status of my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order.

Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders, so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you’ve been waiting a little too long.

When in doubt, you can always log into your account and click on the order in question to see its status.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping!

My Order

Can I change my order?

If you wish to change or amend your order, we allow 2 hours for these to take place. 

My order never arrived, what do I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at d.newideastudio@gmail.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

What if I receive the wrong product?

We are sorry to hear you may have experienced an issue with an item you ordered. We will gladly issue you a replacement item. Please read our return policy for more information.

How do I return my product?

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the Product to us within thirty (30) days of receipt, and we will provide you with a full refund (minus any shipping/handling charges). Returns must be in original condition and in all their original packaging.

Do you offer refunds?

We will issue a refund back to your original form of payment within 30 business days from when we received the returned package.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

Please contact us if you have problems with your order. Free replacement will be provided if the product is delivered in defective/damaged condition or different from the ordered item.
